About Coinify
Coinify ApS is an authorised casp (CASP) under the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA), established in Denmark. It trades as Coinify. It is authorised and supervised by the Finanstilsynet, which notified the authorisation on 29 May 2026. Its registered address is Vesterbrogade 1C, 5. 1620 København V. Its Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) is 9845009Q9DDAE03FDE38.
Its licence covers 4 of the ten crypto-asset services defined by MiCA: exchange of crypto-assets for funds, exchange of crypto-assets for other crypto-assets, execution of orders for crypto-assets on behalf of clients and providing transfer services for crypto-assets on behalf of clients.
Under MiCA passporting, Coinify may serve clients in 30 member states without a separate local licence: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia and Slovakia.
